Kiwanis welcomes anyone with compassion and a commitment to service. Our current membership comprises people from all ages, races, genders and professions.

Kiwanis clubs are volunteer-based. Club meetings take place weekly or monthly and offer an atmosphere of fun, learning and fellowship. Kiwanis members typically volunteer each month to assist with club service projects. In a typical year, Kiwanis clubs worldwide organize more than 150,000 service projects—both locally and globally—and Kiwanis members dedicate more than 12 million hours of service.

We are committed to becoming flexible and member-responsive. Today, time is a precious commodity. Kiwanis understands this and, as such, encourages each club to determine its priorities based on the issues most important to its members and community.
